Bachini has apassion for QNV2030, Qatarization, in Talent Acquisition,Learning and Development, where she has held pivotal roles in guiding and developing careers.
- Bachini is from Sri–Lanka, attained her Master’s degree from the University of Northampton UK. She has over 16 years of experience in leading Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications and Freight Forwarding sectors
- in Qatar. She has been an in–house Recruiter previously at Qatar Financial Centre, headhunting niche roles in the Middle East, Europe and Asian region and her exemplary work has seen her being Awarded 10 Shukrans from Financial Services and Oil & Gas sectors.
- Bachini has placed over 20 Qatari Nationals and Expats from Vice President to Associate levels for the banking, agricultural other sectors in the past 18 months as a Headhunter. She has also delivered confidential mandates and C-Suite hiring for her clients.
